Custom knives from the banks of the Big River.
Gearing up for the upcoming rendezvous and woods walks with a little Sunday evening target practice, and there’s no better way to get in the mood than wearing some proper clothing.
By far the knife I’m most proud of to date. Wrought iron and 1084 San Mai, made the wrought iron myself from iron ore that I then smelted in a bloomery furnace. An ungodly number of hours poured into this knife but it was all worth it. Slotted antler handle, copper pins, ball starter, and pewter bolster.
Doing some forge welding today in the newly revamped blacksmithing area.
