Welcome to Riverborn Knives. We make custom fixed blade knives for 18th and 19th century reenactors. We specialize in small neck knives up to large belt knives.

While you’re looking, keep these in mind:
- Sadly we can only accept personal checks or money orders throught the mail at this time.
- All knives are crafted individually and are one of a kind. This means that if you see a knife on the ‘Past Work’ page, but want one like it, it may vary slightly from its predecessor. If you are interested in having a knife made, please see the ‘Custom Ordering and Shipping information‘ page.
- Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, we’ll gladly answer them.
- We do occasionally make modern knives too. When available, they will be listed under ‘Modern Knives’ on the Currently Available Page.
- All blades are guaranteed against breakage in normal use. They are not pry bars or screw drivers, so don’t use them as such. They will not be replaced if evidence of this is present. For more information please see ‘Replacement Policy’ on the FAQ page.

- We plan on attending the winter shoot at Old Mines this February 26th and 27th.
- New products are being added as fast as possible. The primitive knife page is becoming pretty sparse with available knives, hopefully that will change shortly. The blacksmithing and accouterments page is being updated with new products, in time we will find better pictures of each product that show a variety of available options to choose from.
